FlyExotic
Brooklyn Holdings - Former Airline Subsidiary
FlyExotic was an airline operating under Brooklyn Holdings, commencing operations on 22 June 2022.
Operating as a low-cost carrier (LCC), FlyExotic provided scheduled passenger services to destinations across Europe and the United States. Its fleet consisted exclusively of Boeing 737-800 aircraft, allowing for fleet standardisation, reduced pilot training requirements and simplified maintenance operations.
During its operational period, FlyExotic maintained a relatively stable flight schedule, operating direct services to selected destinations several times per week.
However, the airline encountered financial difficulties following the failure to secure its annual investor funding. This resulted in the progressive disposal of aircraft from its fleet to maintain liquidity and support ongoing operations.
As financial pressures continued, FlyExotic determined that the continuation of commercial flight operations was no longer economically viable. Consequently, all scheduled services were discontinued with immediate effect.
FlyExotic formally ceased operations on 13 September 2025.
Following the airline's closure, all remaining aircraft were sold and transferred to other operators, leaving FlyExotic with no aircraft remaining in its fleet.
